PLN 150 million for modernisation
Applications closed on 31 March 2026 and the programme budget is PLN 150 million. The minimum grant is PLN 100,000; the maximum is PLN 500,000 for modernisation or PLN 1 million when an additional facility is included.
Scope beyond the wearing surface
Eligible work includes sports surfaces, lighting, fencing and changing facilities. An expanded variant may add another activity zone. Each item should follow from a survey and operational need, not a generic wish list.
Survey before specification
Cracking, settlement and ponding can indicate defects in the base or drainage. The refurbishment documents should identify layers, falls, edges, use intensity and future maintenance so that the proposed repair addresses the cause.
